Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — no penalties.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrading starts a new billing cycle from today. Your previous plan ends immediately and you are charged the new plan's full price right away. There is no proration.

Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Silver plan is always free, no credit card required. It includes live heatmap access, search, and company profiles. Upgrade to Gold or Platinum when you're ready to go deeper.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge automatically. If it fails a second time, your account moves to the Silver free plan. You can resubscribe from the pricing page at any time.
